Esta política explica qué datos recoge getdigitaiflow.com (“el sitio”), operado por Digitaiflow (“nosotros”), para qué los usamos y qué puedes hacer con ellos. Si tienes cualquier pregunta, escríbenos a david@digitaiflow.com.
Qué datos recogemos
- Lo que nos envías en el formulario: tu nombre, el nombre de tu negocio, tu teléfono o correo y el servicio que te interesa.
- Lo que nos escribes por correo: tu dirección de correo y el contenido del mensaje.
- Reservas en Calendly: si reservas la auditoría, Calendly recoge los datos de la reserva y los trata según su propia política de privacidad.
- Uso del sitio: usamos Google Analytics para saber cuántas personas nos visitan, de dónde llegan y qué botones usan (por ejemplo, “Reservar auditoría”). Google Analytics usa cookies y recoge datos como el tipo de dispositivo, el navegador, la ubicación aproximada y las páginas visitadas.
- Datos técnicos: nuestro proveedor de alojamiento (Vercel) registra datos técnicos, como la dirección IP, para entregar el sitio y protegerlo. Las fuentes tipográficas se cargan desde Google Fonts.
Para qué los usamos
- Responder a tu solicitud y coordinar la auditoría o una propuesta.
- Entender qué partes del sitio y qué campañas funcionan, para mejorarlas.
- Mantener el sitio seguro y funcionando.
No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para fines distintos de los descritos aquí.
Con quién los compartimos
Solo con los proveedores que necesitamos para operar: Google (Gmail, Google Analytics y Google Fonts), Calendly y Vercel. Cada uno trata los datos según su propia política de privacidad. También podríamos compartirlos si la ley nos obliga.
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Guardamos tus datos de contacto mientras hagan falta para atender tu solicitud y la relación comercial que surja de ella. Puedes pedirnos que los borremos en cualquier momento.

- Pedir una copia de tus datos, corregirlos o borrarlos escribiendo a david@digitaiflow.com.
- Bloquear o borrar las cookies desde la configuración de tu navegador, o instalar el complemento de inhabilitación de Google Analytics.
Menores
El sitio está dirigido a negocios. No está pensado para menores de 13 años y no recogemos a sabiendas datos de menores.

This policy explains what data getdigitaiflow.com (“the site”), operated by Digitaiflow (“we”), collects, what we use it for and what you can do about it. If you have any questions, email us at david@digitaiflow.com.
What we collect
- What you send through the form: your name, your business name, your phone or email and the service you are interested in.
- What you send us by email: your email address and the content of your message.
- Calendly bookings: if you book the audit, Calendly collects the booking details and handles them under its own privacy policy.
- Site usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, where they come from and which buttons they use (for example, “Book audit”). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as device type, browser, approximate location and pages visited.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Vercel) logs technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange the audit or a proposal.
- To understand which parts of the site and which campaigns work, so we can improve them.
- To keep the site secure and running.
We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those described here.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to operate: Google (Gmail, Google Analytics and Google Fonts), Calendly and Vercel. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also share data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
- Request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing david@digitaiflow.com.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Children
The site is aimed at businesses. It is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
